01 What is the booking amount to block a unit at Primrose Phase 2 ?

The booking amount is ₹1,00,000. This amount secures your preferred plot and temporarily holds it in your name. It is part of the total cost and will be adjusted during the agreement process.

Around 15–20 days are given to complete the legal due diligence. During this period, our legal team assists in coordinating all document verifications to ensure a transparent process.

04 How much time we will get to execute the sale deed / registration?

For 1st Release plots, you will get 3 months from booking to complete the registration. For 2nd Release plots, registration will happen toward the end of the project timeline, ensuring project readiness.
