The booking amount is ₹1,00,000. This ensures the unit is exclusively reserved in your name. The amount will be adjusted in the overall payment structure.

Around 15–20 days are provided to complete the legal verification. Our team will support you throughout the process with all necessary documents and coordination.

Minimum agreement value is 20%, and it can go up to any extent based on customer preference. The agreement secures your commitment and blocks further price appreciation.

04 How much time we will get to execute the sale deed / registration?

For units under the 1st release, customers get 3 months for registration. For 2nd release, registration is scheduled at the end of the project timeline. Our legal team ensures timely coordination for hassle-free execution.

IDBI, LIC HFL, and HDFC have approved the project for loans. Assistance with documentation and end-to-end loan processing is available through our in-house support team.
